i've had this issue for about 3 months now where my car would shut off while i was driving, but it would start back up within a minute. and it wouldnt do it too frequently, but as of yesterday it did it at least 6 times in a matter of an hour. i know there is a recall on the ignition switch on our cars but im just curious if that is definitely what it is because my car also has an aftermarket valet 554r car starter installed in it by a previous owner. im not sure if something could be messed up with that.

Take it in, get the ignition service done. If problem remains, then go from there.

Even if it was done before it doesn't matter I think some people here have done it more than once.... I saw it done its pretty easy u could do it yourself but why when Honda most likely cover the cost.

In my situation my mechanic did it for me I just got the part the reason I had my mechanic do it was because the previous owner (idiot) I guess did it himself and he spliced in the new part idk why

i changed my spark plugs so imma see tomorrow if it turns off

I guess you CANNOT read. Your sparkplugs will not make your car turn off...they can make your car run rough though. With your logic process, you should change the power steering pump next.
