IACV? Is it only when first taking off? Does it sputter at first then feel like it picks up instantly? Are you secretly hoping you drove something awesomer?

I already cleaned the IACV and throttle. I used to own an EM1 but some idiots tried stealing it twice and failed so I sold it and got me this Accord. It had a B16, shouldn't I atleast expect the same power since the Accord has a bigger displacement. Its nowhere near that. It takes forever to pick up speed. Its sluggish

It's a 6th gen ULEV Accord, of course the performance will be poor :ohsnap:
But I'd say replace the oil and clean/replace the air filter, and check for any codes. Just cause the CEL isn't on, that doesn't mean there aren't any codes.
I haven't seen or driven your car, but I think there's most likely nothing to worry about. The ULEV engines have less power (Do they even have VTEC? I can't remember) and all engines lose power over time, more or less depending on how much you cared for it.

I know a clog catalytic converter will cause the car to run like crap. I bought my 2nd 6th gen for cheap and that was one of the main issues. If you can get it on a,lift while it's running and hit the area leading up to the cat you ll be able to hear if it s all clogged up.

chris what spark plugs are you using ? should be using NGK platinum or iridium plugs nothing else.do a sea foam.try upgrading the spark plug wires to a 8.5 mm wire or an 8mm. chevron techron fuel system cleaner with some 93 octane gas. to clean out those injectors.set your tire pressure to 32 psi. an also. check your donut gaskets on the cat converter after the cat they rust out and leak but there will not be a check engine light cause its after the cat.this is everything i did cause mine was sluggish replacing the donut gasket cause it was a tiny leak killed my car bad.take out the air resonator from the intake in the bumper with a k&n filter and change your timing belt if you didnt yetand change your fluids coolant ,tranny, oil. big list but i was on the same boat as you an now there is plenty of pep
