    theres not a company that makes them. From the article I read the guy made it himself. He lived in england and he got tired of people messing with his car. Would be interesting though.

    where i live in maryland, you cant have any tire exposed past the outside of the fender. If it does, you have to have a flare on it. I hate maryland. Its a stupid money hungry political state. :bs2:

    you can make it work if you locate another washer pump in the rear and just run your wires back to it. We did it on my buddies neon. He had them facing the sides too so when he passed people with their windows down it would squirt them in the face. Lol :chucklesfawk:
