    Is there a way to disable the door chime on our car? I realise that there is probably a single speaker responsible for the headlight chime, door chime, and seatbelt chime. However, I don't want ANY of these, really... so if I could find that and remove/disconnect it, that would be perfect.

    I gotcha. But I for one am actually curious as to why it is electrically impossible to run a couple of bulbs off of one ballast. I know it can't be done, but why? This thread has made me wonder.

    Brake light comes on intermittently?

    No one has mentioned this yet - it might also be the switch that detects whether the e-brake is pulled... mine is quite sensitive and sometimes triggers the light if my e-brake handle is bumped.

    You actually CAN have an mp3 input on your stock head unit! HON98AUX I bought one of these bad boys from eBay for around $30 I believe, but I'd still pay what it looks like they go for now, because I get to remain stock head-unit wise and still input from my GPS to play mp3s. Why remain...

    oh damn... I knew what neutral bombing was but I didn't think that I could have done it, cause the engine was idling... but I'm certainly being careful now!!

    Automatic transmission, EX (if it matters). 1998. So I'm trying to put the car in gear and somehow I end up in neutral, even though I thought I was in D4. I look down and I have accidentally put the shift lever between N and D4 (don't ask how). This causes NO light to be lit up on the dash...
