You may have some sound cancelation issues in your doors. that is some of the sound/air from the back of the speaker is eventually leaking to the front cancelling some of the sound out.
Also 6th gen doors (like most hondas) are relatively flimsy in general car terms. New solid wood (and sealed)...

+ I suggest you invest in the front speakers more, go for 2-way 6.5" components of a brand you like (Polk is fine)
+ concentrate on money for the install. Deadning and proper installation will do more for your sound than even the best gear.
