LYou could get a sheet of 1/8" plexiglass- take cardboard and put it inside of the door and trace the holes you want to fill- mark the plexiglass 1/2" wider than the mark on the cardboard and cut it with a jig saw.... Then use silicone and a heat gun to hold it in place... Go over that with some...

Processor took a dump- so I have less processing power than the 9887 and I'm happy.
My take after upgrading the drivers in the original locations and 20 mins of phase adjustments and basic crossover settings-
My left leg blocks the midbass which does 2 things... It raises the stage and it makes a bit of a hole in the left of center information- it's very tolerable considering...
I would simply find out if the trigger out of the switch is positive or negative- tie that wire to an unused output on the remote starter and be done.
A 5 minute 2-300 watt drain 6 or 8x a night is simply going to drain the battery with no real gain- even if there is Ice on the window one 15...
Are the domes flushed? I've been considering a 4" coax in the tweeter location but need to buy a spare dash.
There are several 6th gen builds over on diyma that I know of and most have pretty detailed build logs if that helps the op.

If sq is the goal- add a processor and spend some time doing differential eq'ing and phasing.
The 4 speakers are running off the headunit?
I'm not sure what kind of insight you are looking for? Are you looking to just throw equipment in your car because you have it? Are you trying to make the car sound as good as it can?
A budget and detailed goals are needed...
