Yeah dude, original owners were cool. Ed and Harvey were down. Now their pretty expensive but not so much. I use to live in Vegas for a couple of years. Went to UNLV. I lived off Mountain Vista & Sunset at Mesa Club. I moved in June when my lease ended. Couldn't find work. Still on Nevada unemployment living in Cali! lol!
