  • They dont need to be taken apart, lol. Each mirror has a pigtail coming off of it, that feeds through the door and plugs in, behind the door panel. Thats where those extra wires are. I'll hit up Chris and Levin and see what they know.
ok. the plug that comes off the mirror, it plugs into a socket on the door, which is then wired into the master switch. heated mirrors have 5 wires; grey, green, yellow and black(2). my non heated has the same colored but no black. im wanting to find out where those black wires go. i imagine into the master switch. if so, i need pics of the back of a cdm master switch.
Hey Derek, I was looking at sonicelectronix.com to get a new H/U. Their shipping to Canada with UPS is $30. Is UPS good? Any brokerage charges later on?

    Thanks,
    Muhib
hahaha....stuck in your ways. Well, it's your ride, so you are going to make it look how you want. Looking forward to seeing how the new paint job looks.

Have you priced that out yet, cause going from a dark/bright colour to a light colour usually costs more.
Not going any smaller with the rims, and don't plan on lowering it. At least not as long as its my DD. The color actually looks good on the car but I'm going White Diamond Pearl in 2012.
Oh and the accident wasnt my fault. It was right front end damage. Progressive paid for my damages and rental vehicle and billed hers because she had some cheap company that wanted to do the run around.
Same car. New paint job. Got in a wreck around June and my insurance paid abt $1000+ than what the shop quoted, so I threw in a paint job. So its Brandywine, or Candy Apple Red as its known. I'm thinking of painting it Pearl white next year....not feeling this color as much...other than its candy paint.
