strut bar interchangeable v6 to i4

It goes under the windscreen cowl. Just like the TL-S bar. And the TL-S bar is like $60, so no, I dont think its worth $200.

    The new Ride ///M Content

I got the "new" rear subframe the other day, pressed out the old bushings, pressed in the new ones. I also added the Turner Motorsport rear sway bar bracket reinforcement plates before painting. I got a lot of it back together today and did some more touch up work to the the subframe where...

    More Torque??

The cheapest and easiest way to add torque is Nitrous. For roughly $500 you can gain about 60ft/lbs of torque. This is from when I was running a dry zex kit and a CAI only, probably around 2005. This was on the UTI dynojet dyno in AZ.

    Name That Car !

People should know that even without looking! Classic car, Italian styling, Ford engine, zero reliability.

Too cold to start the engine?

Fuel atomizes poorly in the cold weather. And if the injectors are old and slightly clogged, it doesnt help. And in some cases, pedaling the throttle does help to lean out the mixture on start up. Regardless of the car being fuel injected. However, if the car is relatively stock, you...

F22b1 Base Map On 98 Accord???

It will probably work, but wont be optimum for the engine. Are there immobilizers on the f22 ecus?

Ordering H22 from hmotorsonline for a swap

Wow. I cant believe you guys are serious! NA Honda's, with a proper setup, are always faster than laggy turbos. And there arent any good turbo kits out there for the accords anyway. Its all T3/t4 garbage turbos and log style manifolds. And to say that turboing the car is easier is absolute...

    H22 Swap

I cant hold your hand through this swap man, sorry. I work on cars all day, I get burned out at night. What you need to buy is dependent on what you've bought or plan to buy.

A little of whats going on at DSG. . .

We have 3 cars going to Missouri this week for the 100 Acre Wood Rally. An Open class EVO VIII, an Super Production class 07 STi, and a Super Production 08 STi that used to be Ken Block's 'Trax car. I leave on wednesday. I'll try to take some pics http://rally-america.com/news/thescene/884/

    H22 Swap

You can get the parts from the dealership, its gets pricey, but thats your best source. What you want to do is complicated and expensive, know that before taking things apart. Like I've mentioned a few times, I was not emissions compliant for a lot of reasons, ease of install was a major one...

    H22 Swap

You'll need to run every emissions device that the computer is looking for, and that depends on the year of the ecu. So if you run a 97 prelude ecu, you'll have to have everything that the 97 prelude had, and it has to be functional. This is another major reason for me going OBDI. I was able...

If thats the case, I'll have much bigger problems than my LCA's seeing the sun light. :o Thanks Kevin. ;)

    H22 Swap

Yes, I swapped to OBDI so I could have the ability to tune the ecu for the engine and the mods that I did. You will need an OBDIIA-->OBDIIB adaptor harness if you want to remain OBDII. You'll also need to remove the immobilizer from the prelude ecu to get the car to start.

True. I have the POR15 primer to put on, but opted not too since all of these parts are under the car and won't be seeing any direct sunlight. Thanks guys! There is a lot more to do, and I'll be updating it more as I go. Also, I'm still waiting for the rear differential clutch packs to...

I was considering the Turner Motorsport solid billet bushings, for the trailing arms, but since this car is still going to be driven on the street all summer, I opted for the rubber bushings with the limiters instead. Turner also makes a nice Bilstien spring and strut package for the 30 m3...

    The new Ride ///M Content

I was recently reminded that I haven't posted any M3 updates recently. However, that doesn't mean that things weren't getting done. Its been up in the air for a few weeks now. It was my intention to do everything relatively quickly, but things don't always work out that way. I got...

What'd you do to your accord today?

I just put some FIA WRC fuel in the Honda, just because we had some to get rid of at the shop. The M3 got 5 gallons too. :D Also, without anyone touching it, ever. . . I had an exhaust manifold stud break right off in the head. The only warning it gave was a slight exhaust leak. No, it will...

PM GlassJaw. He might be able to help you. I think there are a couple members here from the UK also, you may want to reach out to them.
