Not today but a few days ago... Started on replacing the cv axles , driverside was cake, of course the passenger side fork bolt seized up and broke. Waiting for parts so I can cut the fork off, press out the bushing and put that bish back together

My varrstoens hub was a lot bigger than the one on the car, I used adapters then tool them off. Never had a problem. I actually think it was Kevin who told me that they're not needed for cars with lug nuts
Well according to my repair manual, it'll leak no matter what if you don't drain the trans fluid before taking the axle off. If its leaking with the axle on you have a seal issue
You can.. but you don't have to. I had centric rings on my varrstoens, took the wheels off and didn't put them back on. Didn't notice. From what I understand cars that use lug bolts instead of nuts need them
that bypass harness is so you can use a aftermarket headunit.
imo its not worth it. id get a set of good speakers and a 4 channel amp and call it a day
