    Oh ok so you took off the downpipe before removing the o2 sensor. Next time remove the o2 sensor first it's a lot easier.

    Let it soak with PB Blaster or WD-40 like said. Some people use a wrench I prefer using the proper tools (o2 sensor socket). Also counter-clockwise loosens and clockwise tightens.

    I'm pretty sure the megan header outflows the jasma header. Jasma is just a Japanese smog legal term (Japan Automotive Sports Muffler Association) which is equivalent to CARB here in the states. Basically used for Japanese OEM performance parts. Nothing special yet idiot's swear it's like...

    Battery may have enough voltage but lacks the cranking amps to turn the car on. Have someone give you a "jump" and see if it cranks over and starts. If it doesn't crank over then give the starter a few decent taps (not too hard don't want to damage it) to loosen up the seized starter and try it...

    So by "fixing" does that mean preventing the crack from spreading or can they actually make the crack disappear completely? I ask because I've always just replaced the glass completely.

    Bad Axle?

    I bought the cv axle/half shaft from Autozone for the gf's Camry about 6 months back. No issues yet. I did however notice that the car ran smoother and got better gas mileage. I guess that toast half shaft bearing was putting unnecessary stress on the motor.

    Whats the offset on the 9.5's? I'm running a 17x9.5 +15 with a 215/45 tire. I had to roll and pull pretty hard to get them to fit and I had to relocate the rear bumper mounting tab.

    My buddy has a tire shop with a lift that he lets my friends and I use for a small fee. I've changed out a clutch in a 240sx but never on an accord. I still have my ACT clutch and prolite flywheel collecting dust in my storage :eusa_doh:
