    WTB: Comptech headers

I have a j32 from an auto, motor mount doesnt get in the way, whether or not its oem of the innovatives (ive had both). I didnt know there was a difference in the motor mounts for manual and autos...I really don't see how there could be much variation. I have the oem manifolds if youd want...

What'd you do to your accord today?

This is a "future going to do to my car" post... Tomorrow I hope to look over the wiring to tracking down the issue that is causing this: http://s46.photobucket.com/user/j30a1sauce/media/20140306_141718_001_zps863cf5bb.mp4.html

What'd you do to your accord today?

Ive never noticed a buzz. Is it loud? I'd be curious what the inside of your module looks like. Theres a couple of switch blocks in them, and only one of mine is switched on, I have no idea what theyre for. But I do remember that he made these to different trans/motor combos, just curious if...

What'd you do to your accord today?

Fixed some wiring that looked loose, then opened up the Richie module and replaced a blown fuse. Car seems to be running normal again, but we'll see....Sometimes it would run normal, then other days it was in and out of limp mode. Hopefully that small fix solves the issue.

    Interior Vinyl Wrap

Dude, do it yourself. I wrapped my roof recently and its easy as long as you are confident in what youre doing and patient. I'd recommend using 3m 1080. They have the brushed aluminum, plus other options that look great. I was planning on ordering some more vinyl for my interior after I did...

What did you do today Auto Detailing related?

Re: What did you do today Detailing related? No no, the bolts wont cost as much as I stated earlier. I still need to talk to Kevin more about it (its a coworker of his that has them). For polishing the wheels, im using 0000 steel wool, then about 4-5 hits of mothers mag polish, topped of by...

What did you do today Auto Detailing related?

Re: What did you do today Detailing related? ..Nope, I havent had any extra time lately. I'm passively working on them since they are off the car for winter and I have a while to finish them. I was able to track down some m6x1 bolts, a wheel had been missing one since I purchased them. They...

    CL-S Axles on V6 Accord

Yes they are a direct fit. I have them in my car. They are a bit thicker in the shaft than the Accord ones. Of course its always preferable for OEM ones, but I swap in aftermarket ones because of the large price difference (and availability). I also choose to swap in aftermarket ones because I...

What did you do today Auto Detailing related?

Re: What did you do today Detailing related? By hand lol....micro fiber cloth and elbow grease. I have a lot of pads and different rotary applicators, but they can easily leave unevenness. Ive never used one of those balls, but might get one at some point. What polish have you tried? Do your...

What did you do today Auto Detailing related?

Re: What did you do today Detailing related? Steel wool and polish...you only need the steel wool if theres water spots. When I re-finished the wheels 3 years ago there was no clear put over the lips, I probably should at some point. I'm frustrated with these wheels right now. When I...

What did you do today Auto Detailing related?

Re: What did you do today Detailing related? 3-piece. No problems with taking the wheel bolts out at all. Nothing is baked on...I dont plan to add any sealant besides the polish, maybe Klassy on the faces. Maybe things look worse in the pictures but the brake dust wipes off the powdercoat...

Re: What did you do today Detailing related? Just the same wheels Ive had the last couple of summers. SSR Koenig's. I recently looked into the difference between the Koenigs and the Monster K's (these wheels were advertised as Monster K's). Turns out they aren't the limited production...

What'd you do to your accord today?

Depends where in Oregon you are...southern Oregon (where I am currently) hasnt been snowy sans one early snow storm. We're actually looking at a bad drought, and the Mt. Ashland hasnt had enough snow for skiing the entire season. It's finally started to rain heavily, and I hope it continues so...

What'd you do to your accord today?

I finally switched over to my winter wheels/brakes....half way through winter. Found out I'm going to need to replace my front tires. $300+ wooohoooooo, at this rate my clutch will never get replaced. Nor the timing belt, or valves relashed...ugh, I hate maintenance.
