    It wasn't that hard was it ? Hahaa , it was a big difference for me because mine was actually quite blue at first with the filter behind it. Might be the led I used but my whole climate control is white now so I'm happy. Tried taking the instrument cluster apart to see how to remove the blue...

    They only come in full black or full tan here .. and I have no plans on bothering to change the stitching lol. The rears will almost definitely be from the tsx, however the fronts may come from another honda .. :naughtyrun:

    There are a few more little things that i'd like to paint. Black seats, quite possibly, but it'll take time. I need to do a bit of reading up on seat bracket modifications, seat belt compatibility, power seat wiring and junkyard scavenging .. Depends on what seats I can find.

    So i tried installing a fit steering wheel on the accord .. It was not plug and play, the srs plug was different. I did get a shot of it mounted though. Excuse the horrid night phone picture haha . If those red emblem inserts were not there it'd look better for sure .. but...

    Wow that's awesome. So the airbag is single stage in the 7ga as well? Do you know of any other steering wheel that is direct plug and play with the 6ga?

    Welcome to the site, hope you enjoy it. You say that steering wheel is from the honda fit, I'm assuming the older gen right? Do you know if the newer gen fit (GE8, 2008-present) steering wheel will fit? It's the same steering wheel as the civic I believe.

    Thanks! I used dupli color vinyl and fabric paint. Thank you. Used my iPhone panorama feature. Had to give it a couple attempts . Wish I had bought a wide angle lens or even fish eye lens for my slr. Haha never seen a rhd before? :p picture isn't flipped This, Redcoupe.

    Think I'm going to do this today. I took it apart like you did the other week, not knowing what i was doing lol. I was trying to figure out why the LCD screen wasn't lighting up.. Turned out bulb didnt make close enough contact to the circuit board. But since you wrote this out and I didn't...

    Haha yeah.. They're hb4 bulbs so they're not as bright as hb3 bulbs. But I'm just afraid of driving towards or behind police .. They'll put me over straight away :/

    Put in my nokya bulbs .. I need to wire it to a switch or dim it down somehow.. They're really bright and will annoy people and potentially blind them.. :lawl:

    Thanks, Chris. Yeah I still have a lot to paint . I hope to be able to find some black leather rsx seats or something similar. I'm interested in this . Does anyone know how to remove the passenger air vent? It's one of the things i need to paint .

    I was thinking about getting a black or silver bezel for mine too . If I do find one off another 98-00 then I may have my wood grain bezel for sale :deal: Btw, there was no intention of copying you with the wood grain, black and silver, Chris .. Guess it is 'Honda sense' :lawl:

    VERY bright interior dome light DIY

    I'm gonna do this someday. As well as put one in the glovebox like Nocture did. I just unscrew the four screws in the glovebox and yank it out with a bit of force. The first time you do it, you may struggle .. A lot..

    Yes I did and yes I do, thanks ! I only bought two cans because I didn't plan to paint so many things .. And now I figure I need at least another 3 cans to do the rest of the things I wanna paint.. But they've gone back up to $17 a can !! :explode: I bought it today, 2 for $20 and sale ended...
