Re: Upgrade.
Congratulations on the awesome new toy ! So you sold your stock accord right, you still have the black and pink beast, right ?!?? :aznrun:
I see the first picture now ... WOOO Judy still has the black and pink beast ! :lolrun:
Thanks ! :) I'm not sure how your drl is wired up since its a factory thing.. Does your drl turn the high beam bulb on at a certain percentage?
Just in case anyone was wondering how I spliced it;
I cut off the two butt connectors and striped them back a bit. (The two on the left). And...
Re: LeAccord's 98 Accord Sedan CG1 V6-L [56k!]
Update with DRL/parker light mod. If anyone wants to know how to do this I can write up a brief DIY although its very simple.
So it's nearly 2am and I just finished wiring up my diy drl with my Parker lights. God I'm horrible at soldering .. Anywho it wasn't hard, just time consuming. Still waiting for my nokya yellow bulbs to arrive to put them in but for now I'm just using my old stock hb4 bulbs :)
Yeah just hope that they last .. Lol.
So you're not gonna have the footwell a turn on/fade off with the dome light? That's what I plan to do .. If I ever do.. Haha
Will need to roll his fenders and go lower to make it work and work well. At least another 2 inches or so lower. As for tyre sizes, I think most will say 215/40 or 225/40..
If you guys are buddies, why don't you test fit them? It'll answer most of your questions.
Edit: damn you two ^ beat me...
Washed, clay barred and waxed her. Interior detail and vacuum. Wiped down the engine bay. Put some metal polish on my exhaust and heat shield to keep it lookin good :)
Surprisingly my headlight lens are looking a lot better after hitting it with clay bar :D I then put some plastx polish on it...
Try putting some coloured tape on your wheel arches or look around on the inner fender wells and see if you can see any rubbing marks from your tyre on the fender liner. Really shouldn't be rubbing at all though ..
Lol .. What a troll :lawl:
How are you even rubbing with eibach springs? I had the same setup and never rubbed. Are you back onto stock springs and struts? What wheel specs are you running?
Re: DIY: Sound deadening Door panel⇔Door panel lining overlap
Yeah I just need to run a flat head screw driver or a wide piece of something to push it in a bit . Lol.
I just finished doing the rear doors last night. The edges of the trim are slightly more tricky to follow with the felt...
Yeah I'm sad .. don't really want to go with civic fogs.
I appreciate it if you could, thanks Chris :)
I don't mind being teased .. Just as long as there's a full reward soon after .. :lawl: (no homo)
Nice find! I would've done the same . iPhone 5 doesn't fit well in the door handle (it moves about) so I have an air vent mount that I put it on.
Don't worry, work out your priorities first. You're just in the same situation that I was about 9 months ago. You'll get through your future plans...
^yeah buy and install coilovers first then put the wheels on and then decide if you want to put 5mm spacers on .. If you want any larger spacers you need to get bolt on spacers or extended studs, but I recommend bolt on spacers.
