    Even once you have loosened the nut with a spanner and the screw with a flat head screwdriver counter clockwise? They shouldn't need to be loose enough that they wiggle about.. Just enough to slide the feeler gauge in.

    Have you read this DIY? here You're need to rotate the timing sprocket to the correct TDC for each cylinder then adjust the clearance using a spanner and screwdriver (if thats what you are using) and feeler gauges. A haynes manual is ideal if you like to work on your own car. Edit*** This...

    SSM overload ..... But all looks good guys . OP, I really like the paint matched fog lights and what you did with the lower grille... (If it was you that I'm thinking of ... ) in conjunction with the mugen lip :D never really liked the mugen lip but it looks great on yours .
