    Removing crankshaft pulley

You would need one of these tools to correctly tighten the crank pulley bolt back anyway. As far removal, have heat on hand( a lot of it) an impact wrench with 19mm (IIRC) and a LOT of patience. A cheater bar wouldn't hurt either.

idling problem after intake manifold clean out

I'd bet money that when they put your intake manifold back on the set the throttle cables incorrectly. This is assuming they took it off to clean it.

    New Calipers?

They could be worn past the point of just re-greasing them (Mine were). They may not be though. Personally, I'd just replace them, but that may not be an option for you. Grease them, ride a few thousand then check them again for uneven wear.

    Brake help!

Do you have a relief for the brake fluid to go? i.e. open the bleeder so you don't have to force fluid all the way back to the reservoir. It is hard as fuuuu to turn the piston but it will yield.

    Rear caliper piston compression

Drill the screw heads off, you don't really need them anyway the wheel will sandwich the rotor to the hub. I used a mega sized slotted screw driver to turn my pistons back in.
