DIY 01-03 JDM Civic Fog Lights

Just got my set in today I doubt I can do a DIY but we will see.

its really straight forward, i just took a look at the pic that a member showed of behind the bumper where he cut out a piece for it to fit, and i went from there with a lot more cutting and trimming. i bolted it down with the L bracket, and used 2 zip ties to hold it from the top because it was kinda leaning forwards instead of being balanced.

and i thought the wiring was hard, but i took a second look and it was simple too, i didnt use a relay and it works fine.

yeah im pretty sure this is straight foreward.


i have a drill. and a knife... and a small hacksaw... so that might do the job.

a wiring diagram would be nice, but that seems pretty striaght forward as well lol.

11 fuking pages and still no diy....ridiculous

if there isnt one done by the time i get mine...i\'ll do one and it wont be running wires from parking lights or headlights it will be right so you wont have to worry about blowing fuses and crap

actually, i do have one extra hid wiring harness......does that mean i can modify it to make it work for foglight?????

yes

as long as the relay is 30A (which it should be) and the fuse is 15-30A (which it should be).

:squintfinger: i dont think mine is going to be quite like that but i will be using the oem fog switch that the accord comes with...not the civic one
