I wouldn't go cheaper than Tokico blues. Keep your eye on the for sale section. There are some blues for sale right now I think.
Suspension is not a mod you want to cheap out on, if you can't afforda decent setup, keep saving your money until you can. If you put those springs on OEM shocks it's only a matter of time until they blow.

not technically. Swift has 1.2" springs that are 5% stiffer than stock. $290 at kingmotorsports.com and no need to replace shock/struts/dampers

Can't get much cheaper than this for some quality springs. Jump on them.. now.
