I personally would not use a colored license plate light, not my style. If other want to though, the kits cost just as much to make, and I figured a few people would want one. I think the legality varies from state to state. In CA it is definitely illegal, but whether or not they would pull you over depends on allot of other factors.

Unfortunately I will not be making dome light kits for now. There are a few reasons, the main one being that It could never be truly plug and play, and the variance between coupes and sedans and moonroofs and solid roofs would get too complicated. I could make one for you specifically if you are interested, PM me if you are.
