my grille already has screws in it for mounting it onto the bumper and i don't/cant put another bolt on there without risk of cracking the fiberglass

Ah ok, makes sense.

Wouldn't be worth trying to fabricate some type of brackets to mount it in different places either, I would think.

Of course. I am agreeing with you. My suggestion was for you if you did still decide to buy and and figure out a way to secure it in a different spot.

Re: ★ TW: Custom Engine Garnish ★

- What's the material? SS or aluminum?

Stainless steel. Polished, brushed, and raw (ready for paint) finishes are also available to choose from.

- What's the thickness?

20ga stainless steel.

- How's the edge? Sharp? Rounded? angled?

Sharp-edged. Not to the point of hurting someone, but they are not rounded or covered.

- Fitment guarantee?

If you're using an OEM bumper where the 2 clips are (where it mounts in picture), the OEM bumpers come with the holes for clips. All one would have to do for OEM application is fit it underneath those clips.

On the contrary, if an aftermarket bumper kit is used which lacks those holes, drilling would be involved for the bumper, but not for the chassis, where the OEM clip holes are since the piece aligns and fits with them.

Aside from your personal bumper choice as outlined above, fitment is perfect.

- Price?

Pricing for a quantity of 10 of them would be $300 each. Pricing for a quantity of 20 of them would be $250 each. Please add shipping to these prices as well.

- Time to produce?

At shortest, it would take 2-3 weeks from inception. At longest it would be a month. This timeframe would obviously vary with the quantity ordered.

Well.. that's what this thread is for. The showier cars can come in here and show their interest.

Roadrage, there is no deadline for any money yet man. The timeframes are estimated production time after this is rolling. Right now we are trying to get serious interest of 10 people at least. Then when interest is gauged and fixed (commitment to buy), I will report it to the manufacturer and fabrication will begin.

At that same point, I will also contact 6GA mods to properly set up a group-buy.

Therefore, you have plenty of time to get funds before that point.

UPDATE:

Thickness - 20ga steel is the only option.

Finish available - brushed, polished, or raw ready for paint.

Price - if we can get 20 people, he can do it for $250 a piece. 10 will still be $300 a piece.

Rear diversion plate which was mentioned, will be fabricated specifically for application with a Comptech strut bar, therefore it will not be universal fitment.
