I suggest you update your Acurazine thread with your info...those guys will probably be of more help.

which wires get no power on cam & crank sensors? 5V reference?

5V is supplied by ECU, if there is no 5V it is probably shorted somewhere. Unplug everything while watching the 5V to come back. If everything is unplugged and still no 5v, you need to disconnect wire @ECU and see if the ECU is even supplying 5V, could be fried. Then check harness for short to ground before installing a new ECU.

The coils get 12V power, supplied through a relay & fuse , I think.

Cam and crank sensors get power and ground. Cam and crank sensor on flywheel gets 5v at trigger but crank sensor on crank gear gets 1.5v

I'd guess that that 1.5v is your problem. The ECM doesn't have a lot of amperage capacity on the 5V ref. See what else is supplied 5v from that source and unplug stuff until the voltage comes back. I've seen an internally shorted IAT pull down the 5v for half the sensors before.

My only issue is that the motor was running with auto ecu and sensors before I swapped everything over. Kinda sucks if something crapped out after the change over

You do know that the immo chip is needed to start the engine right ?. It will not start without it. Easy test is find the main relay....open the cover and look at the 2 relays inside. Turn the key and you should see one of them engage (fuel pump) and the other does not ....the on that did not click use a small plastic to force it to stay on. Now try to start the car with the relay forced on.

If it runs now then you will have to solder the immo back and get the right key......oooor just leave the plastic there and the car will run. By the way p1607 is not only immo code. It can be a faulty ECU to. Have seen a ecu that had P1607 code and the ecu itself had water damage.
