lemon, dont give advice when you dont know what youre talking about mmk?

the "empty" level is 7.x quarts i believe (says in your manual). the cooler should come with instructions on how much extra fluid is required, if any...or contact B&M.

when i did my tranny rebuilt the people that rebuilt my transmission told me to put 7 quarts.
but when i measure the level of the fluid,
it was on the top of the second mark.
so i drained the fluid a little so it will be between the first and second mark:eusa_doh:

Since the converter is new it will be empty so..... a lot of fluid is needed. I would prepare to drop at least a bill on fluid alone (based on my dealerships prices) for that much fluid. But don't overfill it, that's just as bad as under filling it.

8 quarts is less than I expected. I thought the converters capacity was like 3 litres or something. But yeah my strealership charges like 9-10 dollars a quart.
