02 Value Package rear sway bar?

I have an 02 VP and was looking to upgrade to the 04 tl 20mm rear sway bar, i looked up underneath the rear of my car and didnt see a sway bar at all. so i did a little searching and i dont think it has one at all. if thats the case, what all do i need to get the 04 tl 20mm sway bar? i went to oemacuraparts.com and found the bar, 2 holders, and 2 bushings. im assuming i need the linkages now too right? if so which ones do i get?

every car has a sway bar urs has one just need to get fully underneath

i have the tl 20mm sway bar and has improved the rear, alil stiffer around corners and thro multiple back to back curves

o and get moog there much beefier end links

actually, since its a value package, aka dx, i believe they either didnt come with them at all, or there was an option to have the car come with or not come with the rear sway...to save a little cash.

op, youll need the brackets and bushings that hold the rsb to the body of the car along with their hardware to bolt them in, and endlinks to attach the bar to the suspension. the holes for the endlinks should already be in the bracket on the rear knuckle, so all you have to do is bolt everything up.​

really im not a 100% but i thought that was a requirement to even be on the road

incorrect. just using another Honda model as an example. USDM civics except for Si's dont have sway bars.
