Frame sliders for sure.

Pay 200% attention during the rider's course. It was the best ~$120 I had spent a few years ago.

thats sick i was thinkin about getting a cbr but i heard that they r kind of big. im only 5' 7" how tall r u?

im about 5' 7". cbr is a nice bike almost for the majority of average builds. i think if you are a bit short a gsxr or a ninja zx6r is a nice choice. im not too sure about r6 i think they are pretty high
