03 coupe h&r springs on 01 sedan ???

Hey 6GA , quick question. My buddy has a brand new set of H&R sport springs for his 2003 accord coupe v6 up for grabs, just wondering if they would be able to fit on my 01 accord sedan I4 with kyb excel g struts. Thanks in advance

Yes they will fit
Spring rate will be higher but every thing will fit like it was made for your car

If I'm not mistaken, v6 suspension on an I4 will result in your car sitting higher than the specified lowering specs because the springs are rated for a heavier car. When that's the case, it takes more weight to compress the spring and it'll probably present a stiffer ride too.

I'd pass and buy springs specifically made for your vehicle.

03 Coupe v6 curb weight 3265 lbs
00 Sedan I4 curb weight 3020 lbs

So there's not much of a difference there I wold still look up the spring rates just to make sure that they are relatively close.
But yeah get them IMO.
