^This car is clean (a Civic at that), he isn't going to remove the motor for you to sell the shell to you cheaper.

The reason why I said no motor and wheel because I got a b18 motor sitting around

Fair enough, I just thought it was funny. However, I'm not going to assume OP's position, but if I was selling this car, I would rather sell as is instead of wasting time removing an engine that was recently rebuilt. Also the car is looking in immaculate shape, more potential buyers would want the, "whole package."

I've seen it in person, and its a sight. I didn't know a civic that nice was still in existence. Not like most of them you see around now
