I'm having trouble I have the f23a swap in my accord. I had the f23a1 running the original ecu but can't go past 4K or hit vtec. Any suggestions?

What's the oil look like? Check the the VTEC oil screen for debris too.
if you cant go past 4k its in limp mode. only time it ever occured to me was on my old car when the injector clip wasnt clipped on. make shure everything is all cliped in. and also check if there is any check engine lights pressent
