Wow! this is crazy...at ARCO you can go to the stall and get tickets printed out for the last transaction...so pick a station, get like 10 receipts (depending on how big the station is) and 10 people and just raid the jack in the boxes.

I swear theres 3 jack in the boxes within 2 miles away from my house..this would be interesting..unfortunately I do not have the time to pull such an act..
