2 type of neuspeed strut bar? confused*

so im shopping for a strut bar for my accord 02 and currently im leaning towards neuspeed since i heard many good things about them. however, when i tried to do the actually shopping, i found 2 kinds of neuspeed strut bar:

I seen most people having the 1st one. but have anyone tried the 2nd one? is it any better, it seems like there is 2 tubes, wouldn't that be more rigid?

also, if anyone have an used neuspeed strut bar or knows a good website that i can buy used strut bar from, please let me know.

i originally bought the one i had directly from neuspeed for $110 shipped. its a bit more these days tho.

i stumbled upon this website, is this deal legit and correct? i know the picture aint right but i checked the item number and it does match w/ other stores.

also has anyone had experience w/ andy auto sport? are they any good?
