You've got it my friend! :) black and blue connects to black/blue. The yellow you connect to the other wire exclude the orange one(if its orange). I just did it and all works.

Update:
So I finished everything a few days ago and it's working fine! I was overthinking everything the whole time, it really was easy. Took me a while to get used to revving so high, now it's a blast. Only concern is that now it has a slight idle problem, shouldn't be something I can't figure out though. Thanks everyone!

Re-teach the ecu to stay on base idle. Alot of people don't even know that you can tech the ecu to idle at a certain rpm and it shouldnt go below that no matter if you turn the a/c on etc.

I actually think I figured it out the other day. This might sound ridiculous, but I've been using the f23's tiny OEM TB on the h23a (lose some power, but get to keep cruise control since it's a DD). Yesterday I finally put the h23a's TB on after deciding I never use cruise control anyways, and the problem went away! The f23 TB must have been restricting too much air or something, and it's weird that it never had that problem before the IAC & ECU swap... But hey, i'm not going to complain! Haha :lolrun:

That makes alot of sense, the ecu's are taught to idle at 550rpm say you put a smaller tb on it you are restricting the air alot. Good job as long as it works its whatever lol

Sorry for the massive bump but I don't understand how you can get the 2 pin plug to fit the 3 pin socket, the shape is entirely different no?
I'm having the same surging problem when I try to run my P28, stock ECU runs it without idle issue just has a 5k rpm limit.
