302 swapped 6th gen

Hello y’all, I have had my 02 accord for a few years 2.3 5 speed dx. I absolutely love my Honda, and I’ve always wanted to do the 2.3 build but I have recently aquiered a 302 ford v8 (5.0) and I was thinking about a guy on YouTube “toms refurb” he has a first gen mustang with a civic drivetrain called matsutangu. Me and my buddys thought about the opposite the “amariconda” a mustang drivetrain in a Honda. I already have my baby the 02 accord and the 302 so I’m wondering if anyone has ever preformed a heart and organ transplant like this? Any help would be great.

As far as I remember, most if not everyone stuck to other Honda engine series for any swaps. The wildest attempt I ever saw was a guy swapping a C30 (NSX motor) into his Accord. Unfortunately he stopped posting at some point.

I am sure somewhere someone has done a V8 swap, likely with an LS. And probably in a Civic since those have a much larger following. But hey I appreciate the ambition.
