5 lug conversion

So I've tried searching already, but have come up short.

Badgertype is doing a junkyard run and I wanted him to pick me up all the necessary components for the 5 lug conversion, but I can't find a complete list of what he would need to get me. The only thing I was able to come up with was TL Knuckles.

So my question is, can someone provide a list of all the necessary items I would need in order for the conversion to be done ? Thanks ! My car is a 99 lx if that helps any.
