Placed order for header gaskets/hardware for the Comptechs, and timing maintenance parts for the J32. All that's left is the motor mounts and clutch cylinders/lines from the 7G AV6.

Gonna try to nail down a swap date soon, should be the first or second week of May. I am NOT looking forward to paying for gas for this trip. :ugh:

ah cool. Maybe you guys can tell me why I have some CELs and how to get rid of them after your do your swap :)

Did you have CELs right after you did your swap? Or did they pop up over time?

Chris, I am going to shoot you a pm with a few questions to ask Rich about, I would like to do some cross-referencing of my notes regarding my future plan as well.

This is shaping up to be one of the more detailed engine/6spd swap DIY's!

So far, so good Chris. Everything sounds good. Im glad to hear that the TSX knob is solid as well. I like it better than the s2k or the skunk and I was hoping it wasnt light. :thumbup:
