Getting the filter off the guages took me an hour tops. Just sand them with some 1000 grit, people are too paranoid. And on the HVAC controls, they just pop out. Needles, mark them and you are good. Check it with a data logger or write down what rpm is at what mph. I wouldn't say that its difficult by any means, infact, i'd say the opposite. But it does take care and thought.

GOD that looks awesome. Hey Greg, we should do this to ours, just do them boith together so that we know what we're doing, becuase I have never taken the whole bezel out of the car, so maybe you can help, if not, I'm sure I can do it myself. But other then that, I'm going to do it.

I wouldn't mind taking a stab at this with you too, angel. I've had my cluster out, but not more than that. Looks like fun... :D I like what I see on here (although I think I still like the blue for my car)...

I'm REALLY digging the red cluster. i may have to do it. As far as I know, they're all just plug-n-play LED's.

yep all P&P
1 wedge bulb behind the tach, spedo, gas, and engine temp

and if you want a red odometer than you need one behind there too.. i have this done too but i forgot to turn the key to the second position to light it up when i did this shoot

its also important to remove the top 2 bulbs on the cluster.. if you dont the new led's will look very dull cause of the piss yellow oem light shining in the back

I haven't gotten that far. I've put led's in but that was before i figured out about the filters. I'll probably deal with that this weekend. I did my whole project in like 3 days, during a school/work week so i got a bit burnt out on finishing the little stuff when i was done.
