probably would...but youd need the airbag as well...obviously. the controls on the steering wheel would most likely not work tho.

Stage 1 or stage 2 refers to the type of airbag.

The 7th gens should be Stage 2. The steering wheel itself will fit, it's been done before, but hooking up the airbag will be the fun part.

what year did accords move to stage 2? was it 00? i thought i read it was in the 6th generation

Yes, there's a good chance most 6th gen accords are 1-stage airbags unless 1) it's an 01-02 and 2) it's a v6. And even if it is an 01-02 v6 I would still recommend checking before assuming it's a 2-stage setup.
