95 H22a questions

I recently got a 95 h22a it had no distrutor or vtec controller what car/motor can I take these from
I also read that jdm motors had no vtec if so can I make it work

Junkyard/dealer for the distributor and vtec solenoid.

I don't know where you read that jdm motors don't have vtec but that's completely wrong.

I thought the motor not having vtec made no sense considering it is printed on the valve cover. I don't remember where I seen it I might just be retarded

So I'm assuming I need a pre 96 prelude for dizzy and for the vtec solenoid can I grab it from any year h22?

pre 96 dizzy as in obd1 yes and any h22 vtec solenoid in working condition will suffice

Oh, I think your ecm would run that, crappy though probably, chip it? Gotta go obd2 parts, like dizzy.

So printed on whatever some sohc say no vtec (but are), iirc, d's are what I messed with, for puny engines missing half
