How is going from an Accord to a TL a downgrade?? Unless he's going from an 01-02 EX-L V6 then maybe....

The Acura tl is a far better car than an accord. I know, I owned a 2000. Besides the transmission recall between 1998 and 2003. The 97 tl reprted very very few transmission problems. For the money. I would say u got a steal
