97 Acura TL 3.2 worth it?

My co-worker is selling me a 97 Acura TL 3.2 with 133K Miles for 2800 bucks. Is this worth it? Is it reliable? I just need it to get from point A to B. I already have a 01 Accord but plan on keeping that at home as an extra car. Its in good condition and all. Your thoughts?

I don't have any Pics. The car was given to her by her parents and now she wants a new MDX, thats the reason for selling. I just need something reliable and cheap. Would I get another 100K miles out of it. Maintenance records were done by the dealer and timing belt was also done at 100K.
