My wifes DD accord has been serving us very well. Although lately it has died a few times sometimes at lights when stopping or when the AC is on... so it souunds like the ISV needs cleaning, but i went today to pull the TB off, as it looks like the ISV is on the TB but it seems like there is coolant going through the TB as i took off what i thought was a vacuum line on the bottom and i got warm coolant all over me
so i pulled it off w/o pulling the coolant lines and it was very oily in there, i used some carb cleaner to clean the TB up a bit, but where it looked like the ISV was was pretty clean..... so thats why im here guys, most of my experiences have been with old vw's and audis from the late 80's so this is new ground for me, and so far my experience with getting this car up to date with maintenance (timing belt/brakes/starter) has been great, a lot easier than the old vw's thats for sure. so any info would be great, i tried a few searches but always got 0 results so i figured id just post up....
