like what would be needed? and what do you man by front clip?

harness, ecu, mounts, etc are needed. A front clip is a "front half" of a car.

I've heard of people dropping LSD's into 7G Accord 6spds, but I wouldn't recommend that. They weren't made with one, there's probably a reason.
