I heated the front springs and modified the front wishbones, I cut one coil off both rear springs...I will say that the car still rides very nice. And it is actually an 02 steering MDX wheel and there were no fitment issues at all, it was the easiest install ever.

I have been to Hampton in this car but not to any shows or anything, I was at this years east coast honda meet

I soundproofed my car using a cheaper form of dynamat(roofing insulation from lowes) and jute insulation and a substantial amount of undercoat, I was able to reduce the road noise by about 12 decibels.

As for the shifter I will add the pictures but I will say that it was very difficult to install despite the DIY on v6performance.
