your tranny is abt to go bye bye

put ur vin number into this here and see if ur eligible for a new tranny, here

take out ur ecu fuse and plug it back in, it will clear the CEL and let u drive the car again, but i recommend gettin tht thing fixed asap

It really sucks for us 4 cyl's with autos, I don't think our cars were part of any of the recalls. I had a small bit of a problem with the 2nd to 3rd shift slipping a bit after I had changed the tranny fluid. I changed it again back to Honda's ATF-Z1, and am seeing that the problem has been reduced a bit. Maybe it's time for a manual swap?

Kinda wierd that 3rd and 4th went on yours. I'd almost suspect one of the shift solenoids rather than the tranny.

2nd and 3rd went on mine b/c I guess there's poor circulation of fluid between those gears so they get eaten up pretty bad. My D4 light never blinked, go figure.

ok guy here what happend number 6 fuse on the driver side blew ,all connect to AT sellanoid, cruise controle ,evap system, guage assembly,alternater,o2 sensor and tranny sensors is all tied into number 6 fuse in our cars, and yes i was messing with the cruise controle when this happend, folling codes came up
p1768-at sel valve
p1166-ho2 b1sensor
p1167-ho2 b1 sensor heater failer
p0141-ho2 sensor failer 2 all sensors and selanoids tie into this fuse

they also said aftermarket lights in out car will trigger this fuse to blow if that problem acures so it turns out the tranny is still great shape and they said keep it up with the drain and fill with honda atf best way to make these tranny out last any tranny

final price $191.90 dollers, 2.5 hours plus parts
