Just a suggestion. You shouldn't get mad at someone for telling you something, that you clearly were unaware of, that could come in handy later on this or any forum.

The Wiring to the aicv will not need to be Re-pinned. There are three wires to the f23a1 IACV, and two to the h22. One is (+) one is (-) and one is (.X volt) signal. I used the accord wiring harness and i did not have to take any of the harness appart. All i did was extend a couple wires and add the plugs from the H22 harness. on the IACV all you do is match wire colors, and tape up the signal wire.
DO NOT run the stock accord Ecu. You can Buy an OBD2 prelude ecu on ebay, and send it out to a private ecu tuner and have the immobililizer removed around a hundred bucks. you will need to make sure you have ALL your emmissions stuff wired up. but the OBD2 prelude pin out is almost exactly the same as the accord, besides the additions of ITBs.

thanks for the info but i still need to know more .
will it pass my emission with no check engine light on? Plus i tried yellow/black wire 12V and black ground wire and It goes up and down bouncing with f23 stock ecu.. Maybe cus i still have the stock ecu is doing it. Do i Have to add more plugs from the h22 wire harness if so, which ones? About the EGR they're both different plugs. what do i really need to do so i won't have any check engine light on for my emission? do you have a diagram

You can use the f23a1 EGR valve on the H22 and it will pass emissions without a CEL. The thing with the idle bouncing is because of the ECU. Hopefully that helps. Any more questions just let me know.

so what other plugs do i need from h22 harness?? the h22 p5p ecu automatic or manual? does it meter? will it detect everything with out any codes or check engine lights?

The P5p would have to be a manual if you have a5spd, but i believe the auto ecu will work without an auto trans without setting a cel, but im not certain... I would just run the manual ecu.
What plugs don't you have hooked up? i only needed to extend the oil pressure sensor wire, the iavc wire, the coolant temp sensor on the Thermostat housing and the Dizzy wiring, after that i extended the alternator wires about 3in. Pretty simple stuff.

The only plug I'm missing is the iacv and I'm not sure about the temp plug cus they're different but it shows it in the instrument cluster And after all these, will my check engine light turn on? That's all I'm worried about cus of my emissions! Let me know please thanks..

The iacv plug is the same round gray plug that is on the idb's, and the Cts. Just wire it up right. the only way you will have a CEL is if something is wired wrong, or not working correctly. if i was you, i would start with the correct ECU.
