yea, the type-s exhaust does look much better, but requires an 06-07 rear bumper.. plus, a rear lip.

does it really... i didnt know... but u should try to fit the ends only or look into the TRUST/greddy exhaust... they did a similar universal one for the r35 that i liekd alot.... good luck dood
