I really can't tell much of a difference between those wheels and your other set, but I'm sure they're nicer in person. :)

BTW, after installing my headlights I'm wondering if you've ever had any problems with cops questioning the lenses in the daytime since they usually look blue when the sun's out?

You can see how blue they are during the day well in this pic:

thanks btw...i am trying...but still cannot tell the difference in between the rims from the ones in your sig...lol...but anyways have you ever thought about getting 5-10mm rear spacers?? you may not be able to tuck quite as much but the fitment would be more VIP and less DUB lookin

The difference between the two is hard to really see in pictures. The reflective silver is a coating of some sort. Maybe like a powder coat process so its not as slick and deep as chrome but still resembles it. I also had the option of getting a 42mm offset this time around instead but I havent had any time to roll and cut my inner wheel wells. Im going to do an edge cut like a door skin edge and use a metal to metal adhesive along the edge. After I do I plan on running a camber kit all around to push the top of the wheels closer to the edge of the wheel wells. I also figured out a way to get my front lower but I need to re route my airlines in order to do it. It will probably all come together when my motor swap is in progress.

After having my headlights in for over 2 years ive been pulled on them once by a K9 that had just finished pulling someone else over and saw me passing by. He didnt give me a ticket because he saw my work shirt I was wearing and asked if I was a technician and if it was a "show car". lol I told him yes and yes and he basically said that because the lenses dont have the DOT stamp that they more than likely arent legal, and to put the stocks back in for the road and save the ions for shows. :squintfinger: He also didnt notice the non exsistant front plate. :fail:

I love your car because it "looks" so plain compared to 1/2 the other cars but is still so nice to look at. and i love that wheel tuck.

Gorgeous! If I may make one suggestion...I think if you had really dark, black tint all around it would set the car off even more imo! Looks great though!

Is the front lip ready to go on yet? I'm dying to see your car with a lip kit. A cross between Dre's and Ron's sedans with more color and soon more torque. :)

^i did some experimenting with a junk bumper at my work for the euro fogs. i still need to buy the lip too. im thinking of placing the lights somewhere around here, maybe outwards just a little more and also going to add grille pillars next to the lights.

20x8.5 +52 They are huge, I swear they dont look so big in person. Pictures make them look a little too big sometimes. :)

I didn't wanna sound like a hater, but I was really thinking the same thing. Every time I see them, I'm like "damn, those look so damn big... like... too big." :)
