does the pump chatter and make all kinds of noises when turning? then it wasnt bled when the fluid was flushed...and bleeding will fix it.

i dont know of any other way to bleed it

its doesnt really make any weird noises, it jus whines like hell.

and i was thinking bleeding it through the process u told me, and i assumed the normal way to bleed it would be through the hose.

could be a bad pump, but if it never made the noise before, then they put the wrong fluid in, also your upper ball joints hold the top of your wheel in place, they are connected to what is called an a-arm, but it looks kinda like a u with a joint at the middle of the u and two bolts that go into the body of the car, when those ball joints get loose they can clunk, also if left unchecked can break, and the top of your tire will fall back and smash up the fender. you need to replace the whole arm if it is loose, you cant replace just the ball joint. also when you go over bumps do you have a clunk in the front? could be sway bar end links if you do. only way to check is to take them off and drive it, but if they are still original they may get looser if you take them off and really clunk, then you'll have to replace them anyways.

thanks for the response poff.

**UPDATE**

I took the car back to the shop today and they did a few things and discovered a few things. I told them about the power steering, the knocking noise, and the extra vibration, oh and the brakes. Today i asked them if they bled the brakes and they said they wasnt any need to originally so theres a no. They went ahead and did that. Next, they discovered that one of the bolts connecting my header and cat was stripped. They went ahead and used a dremel to cut it down and loosen it. When I told them about the belt probably being too tight, they looked at it and said it was actually a little loose. So they tightened that. After that was done we both noticed how dirty the inside of my right front wheel was and discovered that I had a busted CV boot. Next they found out that I had a broken motor mount. And finally they found out that a bracket to hold my downpipe in place wasnt holding anything really, so they said this could be the knocking noise that you were hearing. Turns out they were right. The knocking noise is gone, and they brakes are good. The only thing is, I still hear the whining noise. They told me its not power steering, its my timing belt. They said it'll whine for a month or so until it stretches out. They rather have it tight and whine for a while, then have it loose and go out in a few months. So the only things left are the CV boot, and motor mount and then Im good.

Thanks for your responses everyone.
