I have FF2s with normal spring rates. I'm tucking 18/40 tires now and honestly the suspension doesn't handle the weight too well. I have the dampening turned to the stiffest setting, w/ a 4cyl, and i hit my UCAs and front underside all the time. If I could do it again I'd go with custom spring rates. FF now has this option, but it's $$$.

if you're tucking 18's and your front uca is constantly hitting my guess would be that is due to the lack of travel in your suspension, not because of the coilovers. correct me if i'm wrong

Either get really good coilovers like AMR's (like me)
or
great strut/spring combos like
Koni (Neuspeed version has more adjustability 5 vs 3 grooves)
Bilstein (not adjustable but a great shock no less)
Eibach, H&R and Nuespeed springs.

To me Teins are too soft, Ksport and FF shocks aren't good enough and aren't tuned well enough for me.

I also have a whiteline front sway bar (27.2mm solid vs hollow skinny wall thickness)
Comptech rear sway bar (22mm solid)

I'm also thinking about getting some chassis bracing but not sure about it because of the diminished ground clearance.

Have you ever had some TL-S sway bar installed on your 6th gen?

If so, tell me the difference between those and your current set up.

Also, how would you compare the swap bars vs stocks?

If you want to get the best bang for your buck and are just doing some spirited street driving get the Manual TLS 20mm rear sway bar for about $40 of oemacuraparts.com.
As for coil-overs i'd say go with either tein basic/ss or FF2/2.5. Stay away from certain companies that make you wait months for your coilovers, offer and have no customer service skills, and blame you for anything that goes wrong.
Lastly make sure you do your research on the company you choose, a lot of research!!!

Based on what you seem to be looking for in your price range, for coilovers choose between the ksports, F&F Type II's, or Tein Basics. Basics won't dump your car but they offer engineering and ride quality that the other do not.

For a rear sway bar, any upgrade beats the rsb we have on our cars stock. I have the progress 24mm bar. Turns are definitely crisper but I did not notice the massive change that others mentioned (maybe that's because I was used to RWD). The progress bar only costs like 125 bucks so I would say that it is definitely worth the extra change.

I see no advantage in adding a stiffer front sway bar. That seems that you are only decreasing the gains that you would get by changing the rear sway.

Yeah, I've been looking at some good vendors that quoted me some good price on Honda Tech. I do ask them alot of questions and their products, even though they are good vendors.

Yeah, I hate the stock sway bar's. Makes it feel like a boat even more and I don't know if it will be durable with the suspension set up that I am looking for.

If you had to pick, choosing your progress 24mm bar or the TL-S sway bar; which would you rather have?

Remember, I will have my car lowered about 3" on both the front and rear.

Height of car has nothing to do with what swaybar you choose. It all depends on your driving actually and what you want to get out of it.
Are you going to track the car? If so go with the progress bar.
Are you just doing city street driving, spirited driving and maybe taking it to track once or twice? then just go with the TLS bar.

...in the end the decision is yours, but paying almost $100 more for 4mm isn't really something id do (but thats me) if i wouldn't really use it to its full potential. If you have money growing on trees, then yea go for the most expensive bar you can get your hands on...but if this was the case you wouldnt be driving an accord either.
