Acura TL rim idea

Was going through my Photobucket, and I found something I think you guys might find interesting. Back when I had my old TL, I was rocking the stockers for quite some time, and my ex wanted to get them powdercoated. Here was the rendering I came up with, and an idea for you guys who are using these rims. You can, of course, change the colors around, but it really changes the look of these rims.

I think maybe most people probably are turned off by the color. I like the idea but it's not for me. I'm a more subtle person so something like a gunmetal with white or black accenting would look good imo.
