Ok, that would definitely help. I'll see if I can get some in today or tomorrow. The whip is DIRTY right now though. Sometimes I have to park under trees and the birds strike with a vengeance.

First person to design an aftermarket BB gun system for popping birds gets my money...

lol just call my cousin... he shoots squirrels, rabbits, and birds with precision but would charge a hefty fee to sit next to your almost stock car all day haha waiting on pics

Well b1L@L's ride looks hottttt. So I'd have to disagree, but I'll reiterate - his work because they sit right on the line going along the side of the car. Down the center, without some kind of aftermarket hood to give the car proper lines for it, would not work.

I think that imports are in general more rounded, and tend to have all the major body lines around the wheels and on the sides. American cars tend to emphasize the hood and the center of the car, and their longer length and more rectangular shape make the center stripes work.

For those waiting for a picture of my car, imagine the following:

A black 99 ex coupe with the stock 16" wheels scratched all to hell. Stock suspension, no body kits, and those ugly factory pinstripes down the side of the car. The only exterior mods are my TYC aftermarket headlights and the upper and lower black grillcraft grilles.

A black Coupe doesn't need stripes.

There are far too many on various Forums that can atest to that.

If it was another colour, then I would say maybe.

There isn't even a handful of Accords that I think look good with a stripe, so it would REALLY have to stand out with the other mods you did.

If you don't like the factory pinstripes, take them off and maybe you'll see your car in a different light. Or bust out the photoshop.

Werd, how do you remove those factory pinstripes? Is that something I could pull off well with some simple tools and supplies or should I take that job to a shop?
