yeah thanks guys for all the comments.. though most of you know that last sept i got wreckless operation from crashing the supra.. now if i get this specific judge, then i'll basically just get hanged for this becuase judge elum hates DUIs and he handles most of them. I head he throws the whole book at you and gives you everything that you deserve. but like I said before, I have to talkto my lawyer on monday and hes probably going to look into why i wasn't read my miranda rights seeing that hand cuffs were put on me, and I was put in the back of a police car. SO the whole case can officially be thrown out becuase of the miranda rights. but still we're going to watch the video, and listen to the tapes of what happened that night. And from what I've heard from past expeirences the cops down at the jackson police station **** with the tapes, and tamper with all the evidence, so the quicker i get down there the better. wish me luck for this thursday becuase i'm going to need it.

Alright update, got a lawyer for 850 bucks... yay first step to getting something done..

If anyone has any legal information on the POP radar system of Ohio give it to me. Actually any information possible. I know a lot about it I just cant seem to get the legal info on it. It should be something that the radar should only be used as an to estimate the speed of a vehicle. Not to get an accurate account of it. If I get this info, me and my lawyer will be set.

UPDATES!!!!!

Well I've seem to dodge one of the biggest bullets of my life. After $2800 later, I come out without a DUI. My lawyer and I fought it, and got it switched to underage consumption which is ****in awesome. I get my license back here on April 3rd since I already served my 60days! I still have to go to the jail alternate program for 2 days, go to a driving class that takes 2 points off my license, $250 fine, 4 points (minus 2), then 40 hours of community service, and I think thats it... But it was well worth fighting it or I wouldn't be able to drive to the meet this summer, which I will now be attending! :-D
